RCC provides customized training to meet the specific needs of all types of businesses, companies, school systems, or government agencies in its service area. Whether these are in need of training, workshops or other services, RCC is fully prepared to respond in an efficient and time effective manner. Employers can select from the many professional development programs offered at RCC, or the college can provide customized services to improve employee performance. Customized training can be offered at the worksite or at any RCC campus.

A partnership exists with Potomac Supply, Canon Virginia, Inc., American Boat & Yacht Council. Rappahannock Westminster Canterbury, Local Chambers of Commerce, Banks, 14 local school systems, and community agencies are also current customers.
